This week, we are replaying a previous podcast on How Sleep Impacts Your Leadership. Sleep has become the biggest epidemic that we are facing these days. Insufficient sleep is associated with a range of negative health and social outcomes including adverse formats at work. Reduced sleep duration has been linked to 7 up to 15 leading causes of death in the United States.
